By accessing, browsing, or using GE Finder's website, services, or applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

GE Finder provides a subscription-based service that:

• Monitors Global Entry interview appointment availability at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enrollment centers
• Sends real-time email alerts when appointments matching your preferences become available
• Provides filtering options for specific locations and date ranges
• Offers customer support for service-related inquiries

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use GE Finder. If you are under 18, you may only use our service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Account Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

Service Fee

GE Finder is offered as a one-time payment of $24.99 for up to 90 days of real-time appointment alerts. This fee is charged at the time of subscription and covers:

• 24/7 monitoring of appointment availability
• Instant email alerts for matching appointments
• Support for up to 3 enrollment centers
• Customer support during your subscription period

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and timely alerts, we make no guarantees that:

• Appointments will be available at your preferred location or time
• You will successfully book an appointment after receiving an alert
• Our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All available appointments will be detected by our monitoring system

User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Speed of booking after receiving an alert is your responsibility
• You must have a valid Global Entry application to book appointments
• You are responsible for checking the official CBP website for the most current information
• Appointment availability is controlled by CBP, not GE Finder

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use GE Finder only for personal, non-commercial purposes to receive appointment alerts for your own Global Entry application.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our alerts or service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent our terms
• Use our service to spam or send unsolicited communications

7. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@gefinder.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive alerts until the end of your current subscription period.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse our service or attempt to harm our systems
• Provide false or misleading information

In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

GE Finder and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for personal purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our service
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GE Finder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct in connection with our service

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@gefinder.com to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to resolve any issues.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• For significant changes, we will notify you via email or website banner
• Your continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
